Carbide wear button

Exote wear buttons are bi-metallic carbide products where hard material is metallurgically bonded to mild steel. Bi-metallic parts can be welded and possess increased impact resistance due to tough steel backing. Exote is completely free of cobalt and tungsten and thus does not pose similar health risks.

10 mm of carbide on wear button guarantees high wear life and the round shape virtually eliminates any risk of weld crack propagating into the parent metal.
