In cooperation with the customer, we implement high-performance solutions for heavy industry and official use. The solutions are based on Exote material technology and it enables the modification of hardness, toughness, corrosion and temperature resistance according to the customer's needs. Custom parts to replace tungsten carbide hard metal parts 

We have produced wear and impact resistant precision parts from Exote material, which have replaced parts made of tungsten carbide hard metals (WC-Co).

 

Product customization 

We map out your needs and, based on that, we can suggest solutions for your needs. Our material technology makes it possible to modify the hardness, toughness, corrosion and temperature resistance of the material according to the need of use. The products can therefore be tailored to suit exceptional environmental conditions, for example the use of strong chemicals. 

Hard plates for personal protective plates 

We are able to implement a level of protection that exceeds the NIJ IV standard. Exote's hard plates have been verified by several tests to have excellent multi-impact resistance compared to ceramic protective plates.
